Which submittal format should I use?

The standard email for a named candidate, the blind profile when the client shouldn't know who it is yet, and the staff augmentation profile when rate and time-zone overlap decide the call.

Submittal questions

What is a candidate submittal?
The message a recruiter sends a client to present a candidate for a role: why they fit, what they expect and when they can start, with the résumé attached.
What is a blind submittal?
A candidate profile without the name, contact details or employers that would identify them. The agency shares those once the client asks to interview.
What should a staff augmentation submittal include?
Rate, availability, time zone and working-hours overlap with the client's team, English level, and recent projects, ahead of the full résumé.
How long should a submittal email be?
Short enough to read in a minute: three requirements matched with evidence, one gap, the logistics in one block and a proposed time to talk. Attach the résumé rather than pasting it in.
Can I use these templates for free?
Yes. Copy them or download them as text files; no sign-up needed.
