The recruiting CRM where a won deal opens the job.

Track every client from the first call to the signed contract. When a deal is won, Spectacled turns the prospect into a client, drafts your fee terms and opens the job, so your recruiters can start sourcing the same day.

How does a client call become a live job?

Each step writes to the next, so nobody retypes the client, the fee terms or the role.

  1. BookedA new company books from your link. Spectacled creates the company, the contact, an intro deal and the discovery call.
  2. AnalysedUpload the recording or paste the transcript. Get the buying stage, who decides, the real budget and the risks.
  3. ForecastThe deal moves through nine stages, each with a win probability, so the weighted fee is always current.
  4. SignedSend the contract from Spectacled. The client signs it there, with no other tool.
  5. WonThe prospect becomes a client, your fee terms are drafted and the job opens, ready to rank your database against.

What does a discovery call tell you?

Where the client is in buying, who decides, what the budget really is and what to do next, written up from the call itself.

  • Recordings transcribed by ElevenLabs and analysed on Azure OpenAI
  • Read from three angles: a tech recruiter’s, a project manager’s and a startup advisor’s
  • Green and red flags, claims that don't add up, and what to do differently next time

What's in the recruiting CRM?

Business development and delivery share one record, so the client your sales team signs is the client your recruiters work for.

  • Clients and contactsEvery client with its contacts, jobs, activity, discovery calls and contracts in one record.
  • Deals with a weighted forecastNine stages from New to Signed, win probabilities you can change, deal types and lost reasons.
  • Discovery call analysisBuying stage, stakeholders, budget, engagement risk and next steps from each call.
  • Booking linksYour own scheduling pages, with reminders a day and an hour before each meeting.
  • Contracts with built-in e-signatureTemplates with your terms, sent for signature from the deal. The client types their name to sign; the IP address, a fingerprint of the document and an audit log are kept with it.
  • Gmail, both waysEmails sync to the right contact and deal, and you send from the deal. Meetings you book go on your Google Calendar.

Recruiting CRM questions

Is Spectacled an ATS or a CRM?
Both, in one system. The CRM covers clients, contacts and deals; the ATS covers jobs, candidates, submittals and placements. A won deal opens the job, so nothing is typed twice.
How does the weighted forecast work?
Each open deal's fee is multiplied by its stage's win probability, from 10% at New to 90% at Contract sent, and the results are added up. You can change the probability for any stage in Settings.
What happens when a deal is won?
Spectacled turns the prospect into a client, drafts your fee terms if the client doesn't have any yet, and opens the job so your recruiters can rank candidates against it the same day.
Does the CRM work with Gmail and Outlook?
Gmail syncs both ways, and meetings you book go on your Google Calendar. Outlook isn't supported yet.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. On the Agency plan our team moves your data from your current system for you. On any plan, bookings and won deals create client records as you work.
Is the CRM included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes every feature, including the free Starter plan.
