How do you track recruiter performance?

Team performance lists each recruiter's submittals, interviews and placements, counted from where their candidates stand now, with a total for the team.

  • The Company view is for people allowed to see the whole agency. Everyone else opens Mine, with their own numbers, tasks and follow-ups.
  • Pick this week, month, quarter or year for submittals, interviews and placements, each with the change on the previous period.
  • The pipeline snapshot shows how many candidates sit in each stage, with time to fill, the average match and how many were rejected.
  • Fees show only for roles allowed to see them. Days to fill shows for everyone.

What's on the dashboard?

Two views of the same data: the agency's numbers for whoever runs it, and each recruiter's own desk.

  • My tasks, with the ones due today
  • Needs follow-up: submissions sitting in a stage three days or more

Which job board brings the most applicants?

Each job's Posting tab shows views, started applications, finished applications and conversion by source, for the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days.

  • Sources include LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, referrals, email and direct visits
  • Copy a tracked link for any channel, or a named referral link, so each application is counted where it came from
  • Counts only: the table never lists who applied

Recruiting analytics questions

How does Spectacled measure recruiter performance?
Team performance counts each recruiter's candidates by where they stand now: submittals (screening through hired), interviews and placements, with a total for the team. The numbers strip above it counts submittals, interviews and placements in the period you pick.
Can I change the date range?
Yes, for submittals, interviews and placements: this week, month, quarter or year, each compared with the previous period. Team performance and the pipeline show where things stand now, and the placements report covers the past year.
Can I export reports?
Not yet. The dashboard can't be downloaded, and there's no custom report builder. You can export selected candidates and placements to CSV from their pages.
Which job boards can I compare?
Every source that sends people to your careers pages, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, referrals, email and direct visits. Each job's Posting tab shows views, started and finished applications and conversion by source.
Who can see fees on the dashboard?
Only roles allowed to see fees. Everyone else sees the same dashboard without the money: no fees booked, projected fees or fee column.
Can recruiters see a candidate's EEO answers?
No. EEO answers are stored apart from the application, and admins see only totals by year or quarter, with small groups withheld. Every view of the summary is logged.
Is analytics included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes the full web app, including the free Starter plan.
